  • 4 Tbsp PB Crave Cookie Nookie Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 4 tsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 six-inch Baguette Rolls
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Purple Cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro

    Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, lime juice, water, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sriracha in the bowl of a food processor and mix until combined.
