    Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the butternut squash lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds and stringy flesh. Place the halves cut side up on a baking sheet and roast for 45 minutes or until cooked through. Scoop out the flesh and puree in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey and combine well. Serve hot.
