  • 1/2 bunch of Kale, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 3/4 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 head of Purple Cabbage, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets, chopped
  • 7 oz. Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 6 tbsp Peanuts
  • For the Dressing:
  • 1 tbsp PB Crave Cookie Nookie Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
