  • 1 piece Ginger, peeled
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, peeled
  • 1/2 cup PB Crave Cookie Nookie Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Candied Walnuts
  • Assorted Vegetables: Carrots, Celery, Radishes, Sugar Snap Peas, etc.

    Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend ginger and garlic until mixed. Add the peanut butter, walnuts, 1/3 cup of water, sesame oil, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Process until blended. Add the raspberries and blend until smooth.
