  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp PB Crave Cookie Nookie Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • Chocolate Chips, optional

    Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut flour and baking powder.
  2. Add the egg, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut milk and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fill into a large mug and microwave on high for 2-2 ½ minutes. Let sit a few minutes before eating.
  4. Serve with chocolate chips, if desired.
