- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp PB Crave Cookie Nookie Peanut Butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- Chocolate Chips, optional

- In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut flour and baking powder.
- Add the egg, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut milk and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Fill into a large mug and microwave on high for 2-2 ½ minutes. Let sit a few minutes before eating.
- Serve with chocolate chips, if desired.
