Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Red Pepper, chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup PB Crave Cookie Nookie Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 10 oz. Peas
- 1 cup Couscous

- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, red pepper and garlic and cook until fragrant. Add broth and bring to a boil.
- Whisk in the peanut butter and cumin. Season to taste and add the peas. Bring to a boil and stir in the couscous. Remove from the heat and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.
