  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, matchstick
  • 1/2 cup sliced Green Onions
  • 1/3 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • Dressing
  • 1/3 cup PB Crave Cookie Nookie Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 tsp minced Ginger
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced

    Instructions

  1. Add all of the salad ingredients to a medium bowl and toss together.
